There are some wineries that we do not service. These may be difficult to get in and out on a busy Saturday (extended wait times) or that they operate primarily as a wine club winery; if you are not in their wine club, you don't get quality service. We do not support that policy!

Reservations are held with a credit card on file. The card is not charged nor is there a hold placed on the card. Wine tour payment is made after the conclusion of the tour. Guests can pay separately with credit card, cash or a combination of the two.
Employees in the hospitality/service industry depend on gratuity (tips) as part of their compensation. We include gratuity in the price of our tours!
Reservations can be canceled up to three days before the tour with no charges. If reservations are canceled within 3 days of the tour, a $25 per person charge will be made on the credit card on file. If clients fail to show on the day of the tour without 24 hour notification, full tour price will be charged to the card on file.
Private and Custom Tours have a $200 cancellation fee that is charged if the tour is cancelled within 2 weeks of the tour date.
Clean Up Fee
If a guest gets sick in a Hill Country Wine Tour vehicle a clean up fee of $400 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Pictures & Video
All pictures and video taken by Hill Country Wine Tours is the property of HC Wine Tours, LLC and may be used for marketing and/or promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, printed advertising, web site displays, etc. Please notify Hill Country Wine Tours management prior to your tour if you do not want pictures or video taken of you to be used for these purposes.
